Content that members record in Evaluation Notes on Yuchelin MAP (ratings on the five criteria, observations, summaries, visit dates and personal rankings) is visible only to that member and is not disclosed to other members or third parties.

We may aggregate records in a form that does not identify individuals (such as the distribution and average of ratings per facility) for reference in reviewing certified facilities and for improving our services. Facilities with few records are excluded from aggregation so that individuals cannot be inferred.

Members can edit or delete their own records at any time.
